24/7 Sea Angling Club Rules
                                         
                                   1. Compeditive events organised by the club shall be fished in accordance with the     
                                                     rules and minimum sizes of the 24/7 SAC, the two rods, three hook rule, 
                                                                    (one treble hook counting as one hook.
 
 
                                  2. Any member making false representations will be disqualified and all fish entrys for prizes
                                                                                for the season will be refused.
 
                                   3. A records officer shall be appointed to whom all information, species, weights etc,
                                               shall be forwarded by that member concerned in the capture of a fish.
                                        Appropiate forms will be made available to all members for the purpose which
                                         will be be known as weighing slips, these must be completed and passed into
                                            the records officer by the end of the month in which the fish was captured.
                                      The fish must be weighed on scales which have been certificiated by the dept of
                                                                 weights and measures as being tested for accuracy.
                                   The weighing of the fish must also be witnessed by a second party and the weighing
                                                      slip must be signed by that witness and if possible a photo taken.
                                        The club will also accept the signature of any bona fide weighing officer within
     the angling federation, also any tackle shop that has certified scales, or by a charter boat skipper using certified scales,
                              or any authority such as the national marine aquarium, ect, ect, possessing certified scales.
 
                                                4. For all inter/club trophies and awards, eligible fish will be expressed as a
                                                              percentage of the 24/7 SAC own specimen weights.
 
                                   5. Some trophies are not being presented as fish of minimum size eligible are not being
                                      caught, in which case it has been agreed that a concession can be used to accept
                                     fish down to 50% of the stated speciman weight if no greater specimens are entered
                                                                                                in that year.
 
                                    6. Any members who have not renewed their membership by Febuary's meeting 
                                                                                                       will not be able to rejoin.
 
                                                           7. The Excecutive Commitee's Decisions are Final.
 
                                8. Any member bringing the club into dis-repute will be expelled but will have the right
                                            to appeal to the Excective Commitee at the next avalible meeting.
 
                                 9. Club membership will be capped at 24 members, any more applicants to be placed
                                                                                 on the 24/7 SAC waiting list.
 
 
Constitution
 
 
                   Name.              The  24/7SEAANGLINGCLUB                                                                                                            
 
                   Aims.              (A) To meet with others and enjoy the sport of angling.
                                           (B) To promote friendly inter/club competitive spirit.
                                           (C) To uphold the good name of the club and its members.
 
                 Members.         Membership will be capped at 24 unless voted on by said members.
                                            At each AGM a new committee may be elected by
                                            the way of a vote by said members.
 
           Contributions         Annual subscription from 2011 will be £20, all subscriptions must be
                                               paid by the Febuary meeting unless the committee states otherwise.
                                           Prospective new members wishing to join must complete
                                            a proposal form which will be considered by existing members
                                             by way of a vote at the next meeting.
 
            Management.        The Excective officers of the club shall be, Chairman , Vice chairman
                                            Treasurer, Secretary, Records officer.
 
                                           The affairs of the club shall be managed by the above Executive Committee.
 
              Meetings.            The club meetings will take place on the last friday of each
                                 month at pre arranged location.
                                 Meetings shall start at 8pm unless otherwise stated by the
                                 committee.
 
            Complaints.       Any and all complaints must be written down and handed to
                                         a member of the Executive Committee to be heard at the next meeting.
 
             Funds.        All funds taken will be the resonsibility of the Treasurer and
                                 placed in the bank account of said club 24/7 S.A.C.
                                 Any withdrawals will be made by the treasurer, and
                                 co signed by the Signatories of the club.
                                 An annual statement of club income and expenditures will
                                 be available and presented by the said Treasurer at the A.G.M.
